HOW TO MANAGE YOUR INFORMATION

The privacy settings allow you to control whether or not to share certain information and whether you wish to entertain certain functions.

You may also delete your account.  To delete your account, you may email (email address:puzzleandboardgames@outlook.com )us indicating in English that you would like to delete your account, after which you will receive instructions from us.  You will need to follow our instructions in order to delete your account.  Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to restore your account and all your historical data on Ludo Services will be deleted after certain period of time (usually within 24 months), expect for certain behavioral data which will be anonymized for statistical research.

Note that certain third parties may retain copies of your information even after your Ludo account has been deleted. You can manage and delete Ludo third party integration’s account via the Imo or Facebook settings page at https://www.facebook.com/help/delete_account .

SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

We take appropriate administrative, technical and physical security measures to safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure.  For example, only authorized employees are permitted to access personal information, and they may do so only for permitted business functions.  In addition, we use encryption in the transmission of certain your personal information between your system and ours, and we use firewalls to help prevent unauthorized persons from gaining access to your personal information.  Please be advised, however, that we cannot fully eliminate security risks associated with the storage and transmission of your personal information.  You should use caution whenever submitting information through Ludo Services and take special care in deciding which information you provide us with.

You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password and account information at all times. 

AUTHENTICATIONS

FACEBOOK AUTHENTICATION

If you use Facebook Login for authentication, Facebook may use your personal information for their purposes. In this situation, please refer to Facebook’s privacy- and other relevant policies.

LOGIN

When the user registers and login via Facebook, the platform will request to acquire the user’s profile picture, nickname, region & gender, which requires the user’s permission. The platform is unable to acquire the above personal information if the user did not permit it.

–   User’s friends will not be notified upon permitting access and the platform will not use the friends’ data for other users.
  • Users can disable/leave the Facebook login/authentication, the platform will no longer be permitted to gain user’s data.

PLAY AS GUEST

If user play as a guest, then we are not able to collect their personal information.

We may collect their non-personal information to build their user profile.

MULTIPLAYER

Across the globe, different players are invited to play the game. All the data inside the game is secured. The game allows you to chat with friends. We can only access the real-time chat. We don’t save your chats or archive them.

How do I request data deletion on Facebook?

Click the Your Facebook Information link under Security and Login and navigate to the Delete Your Account and Information link. Once there, you’ll have the option to Deactivate Account, which will allow you to either keep Messenger access, Download Your Information, or Delete Account.

If you want to delete your game activities for Ludo game, you can remove your game activities by the following these steps.

1. Go to your Facebook Account’s Setting & Privacy. Click “Settings”

2. Look for “Apps and Websites” and you will see all of the apps and websites you linked with your Facebook.

3. Search and Click “Ludo Classic Star” in the search bar.

4. Scroll and click “Remove”.

5. Congratulations, you have successfully removed your app activities and data from the Ludo Classic Star App
